Betway is a brand managed by Betway Limited (C39710), a Maltese registered company whose registered address is: 9 Empire Stadium Street, Gzira, GZR 1300, Malta.
The customer ‘Gaming Contract’ is held with Betway Limited and is entered into upon the successful registration of an account at Betway. All transactions between You and Betway take place in Malta where the principal servers are based.
Applicable to Customers who are residents of Great Britain: All Customer Funds are held by Betway Limited in a segregated Customers’ Funds bank account, separate from company funds. In the event that Betway Limited becomes insolvent and is put into liquidation, these funds shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Malta and are not otherwise protected. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: basic segregation.
